Artisan care, technological materials, excellent quality, and innovative content, these are the strengths in Carbon–Ti’s design products. The constant attention is dedicated to each single production stage of the bike components and accessories. Each bike component is manufactured using carefully selected premium quality raw materials such as titanium alloy, carbon fibre and aluminium alloy. The development of each component is the result of continuous and accurate market analysis. Preliminary studies are carried out for the accurate selection of the technological materials to be used in the prototyping process and creation of our bike components. After manufacturing, each single component and accessory is tested in-house using highly specialized machinery as well as through road tests with the collaboration of several international cycling champions and technical experts. The important know-how of the company is the result of the professional experience and expertise of each of Carbon–Ti’s collaborators. A work team made up of professionals and passionate athletes turning sporting needs into products that respond to the highest performance requirements. Before reaching mass-scale production, however, the whole range of components is subjected to several stages of research so as to ensure each product express the excellent quality that has made the brand Carbon–Ti a leader in the sector.

Carbon–Ti is quality 100% Made in Italy and a guarantee of success in any racing condition. Choose from the wide range of toothed chainring in Al7075-T6 carbon, titanium and carbon and full titanium, quick releases with titanium levers and titanium or Al7075-T6 axles, brake discs in steel and carbon, Al7075-T6 saddle clamps with titanium screws or levers and other products for the exclusive customization of your bicycle. Carbon–Ti’s excellent materials and production process have led the company to collaborate with market leaders in the racing and MTB bike sector such as Bianchi.
QUALITY
Lightweightness and rigidity are the two essential features that guarantee the quality of all of Carbon–Ti’s components. Refined design and excellent technical skills in treatment and machining of raw materials ensure high accuracy in the manufacture of each single accessory. Grade 5 titanium, carbon fibre and Al7075, which are resistant and high performing technological materials, are skilfully assembled through an accurate artisan production process. Carbon–Ti’s bike components and accessories are ISO 9001 certified and LLS Titanium obtained ISO 9100 certification, which ensures traceability of the product and exclusive use of excellent materials.
